CUT is fine dining, but the atmosphere is pretty casual. As part of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, this Wolfgang Puck restaurant doesn't seem to have a dress code - Mr. Q.
it is good, very good, but not every cut of meat at our table for a party of 12 was perfect. I would not say it is the king of steak houses. But very good.
