Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed series is one of the most successful gaming series of the company. The first four parts of the game sold over thirty-eight million copies around the world since the game’s debut in 2007. The last title that is called Assassins Creed: Revelations was able to sell more than 7 million copies. Since the previous games needed new heroes and new blood, the new game provided just that with a new storyline and a new time period.

The storyline of Assassin’s Creed III

The main character of this game is called Connor Kenway, who is half Native American and half English. The events of the game take place in the 18th Century in Colonial America. Assassin’s Creed III’s main storyline is the American Revolution. Resembling Ezio’s adventures that allowed users to rub shoulders with the Borgias, Leonardo DA Vinci and Medici, in this game, players will meet George Washington,  Samuel Adams and Paul Revere among other big names in the American History.

The Gameplay

Assassin’s Creed III allows players to explore new maps and frontiers as they are asked to work on specific quests in a very hostile environment. Since the game takes place in Connor’s homeland, players will have to get accustomed to the trees and the face rocks. Some players might feel that the movement is slow and complicated but once they understand the new environment, they will start to easily spot ambush and stealth attacks and the climbable trees. This would allow players to achieve the fluid and smooth movement that Ezio was popular for.
