Offensive strategies as hitters. (Different types of shots)
Defensive strategies & different formations
Offensive formation explanation of 5-1
Introduction to blocking (timing)
Further serving practice, intro the jump float & top spin

Week 4
Intro to Butterfly Drill Stage One
Intro to progressive competitive gameplay (Royalties, Quads, Triples)
Challenging defensive ability based on players on court.
Focused on court awareness (good & bad habits)
Controlling the platform further elaboration

Week 5
Butterfly Drill Stage Two
Players positions full explanation (outside, setter, middle, opposite)
Strategizing role chosen, practicing swings.
Setters learning (1,2,3,4,5 sets) why they are used. Practicing plays, in & out of scrimmages.

Week 6
Butterfly Drill Stage Three
Last week will challenge all skill sets from prior weeks
Focusing on primarily game play. In game scenarios, as well as any scenarios that could use more focus.
