LEAGUE DETAILS:

--League Flexibility
🕒 Start date may be delayed up to 3 weeks
⏰ Kickoff times may be up to 1 hour earlier or later
⚠️ These changes are considered normal and not valid reasons for a refund

--Weather & Field Issues
🌧️ Games postponed for weather, field issues, referee no-shows, or emergencies will always be rescheduled
📅 The league may extend up to 3 extra weeks to make up for missed games
📍 In rare cases, matches may move to a field within 25 minutes driving distance — always announced 12 hours before
❌ If delays exceed 3 weeks, the league is canceled and a partial refund is issued for remaining games
🚨 No refunds if the league start is delayed up to 3 weeks, or if games are rescheduled and the season extends by no more than 3 weeks

--Solo Players
🙋 You don’t need to know anyone — we create teams from solo signups
👥 Want to play with friends? Add names in the welcome form and we’ll group you when possible
🧩 Teams may include players you don’t know — but we guarantee the proper team size
📬 Teams with only the minimum number of players can request up to 3 subs via email

--Schedule Format
🗓️ Bye weeks and double headers may happen to accommodate all teams
✅ You will still get the guaranteed number of games

--Time Slot Requests
🕓 All games happen within the listed timeframe
📋 Only full teams can request preferred slots in the welcome form
⚠️ We try our best but cannot guarantee those slots — handled first come first served

--No-Shows & Forfeits
🚫 No replacement games
🏟️ Field will be open for scrimmage or practice instead

--🚨 REFUND POLICY
💸 Full refund if the league does not run
⛔ No refunds once the league has started
🚑 No refunds due to injury or personal reasons
📅 Refunds before the league starts are only granted 15 days in advance and for medical reasons — a valid medical note is required
🚨 No refunds if the league start is delayed up to 3 weeks, or if games are rescheduled and the season extends by no more than 3 weeks.
