When I moved to NYC a decade ago I wanted to play but infrequent Meetup games made it difficult to get back into it after playing consistently when I was younger. I played my first game with a couple of my friends last week, and we didn’t know what to expect. We were worried that since we have no background in soccer that we wouldn’t be welcomed but that wasn’t the case at all. We were welcomed and had such a good time.
